How to Add an SSL Certificate on Plesk
Issuing a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate on Plesk is a straightforward process. Here are the detailed steps:
Step 1: Log in to Plesk
Open your web browser: Use any web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
Enter the Plesk URL: In the address bar, type in the URL which will resemble the following link: https://yourdomain.com:8443 or through your Client Control Panel.
Log in: Enter your Plesk username and password, then click on the "Log in" button.
Once logged in, you see the home screen below.
Select the Domain

In the left-hand menu, click on "Websites & Domains."
Open SSL/TLS Certificates

Scroll down and look for the "SSL/TLS Certificates" option under the domain management section.

Click on "SSL/TLS Certificates."
Add Let's Encrypt Certificate

In the SSL/TLS Certificates page, click on the "Let's Encrypt" button.
Configure the Certificate

You can redirect the website from HTTP to HTTPS by toggling the button in the “redirect” section on the left as seen here below:
Renewal

Let's Encrypt certificates are valid for 90 days but can be automatically renewed by Plesk on condition that, your DNS records are pointing to the server and there are no redirects you have added.
