Acronis Backup in cPanel

Log into cPanel: 

  • Open your web browser and navigate to Hosting URL which will resemble the following https://yourdomain.com:2083 or through your Client Control Panel.
  • Enter your cPanel username and password to log in.

Search for Acronis Backup: 

  • Once logged into cPanel, use the search bar at the top of the page and type "Acronis" to quickly find the plugin.

  • Alternatively, scroll down to the Files section and look for the Acronis Backup icon.

Click on the Acronis Backup Icon: 

  • This will open the Acronis Backup interface where you can manage and restore backups. 
  • View Available Backups 
  • Inside the Acronis Backup interface, you will see a list of all available backups sorted by date. You may also have options to filter backups by file type, date, or backup type (full or incremental).

  • If your cPanel account has backups of both files and databases, they should be listed separately.

Choose a Backup: 

  • Click on the domain name which will redirect you to the Public_html folder.
