How does Monthly Vuma Reach Fibre work?
It's a month-to-month Fibre service, billed automatically every month. Enjoy high-speed, unshaped, and unthrottled internet with no long-term commitment.
How does initial activation work?
After signing up and paying for your first voucher, an installer will complete your Fibre installation. Your service will be automatically activated, and you'll receive an SMS and email notification when your connection is live.
How do I pay for Vuma Reach Prepaid Fibre?
You can pay using:
✅ PayFast (Card Payment / Bank Transfer)
✅ EasyPay (Retailers like Shoprite, Spar, Boxer & more)
✅ EasyPay website/app
How do I switch to Axxess if I already have Vuma Reach with another ISP?
Cancel with your existing ISP and sign up for Vuma Reach via Axxess. Once your payment is processed, Vuma Reach will automatically switch your connection to Axxess.
How many devices can I connect at once?
You can connect up to 10 devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and gaming consoles.
Do I need to purchase a router?
No! A wireless router is included when Fibre is installed in your home.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my speed?
Yes! Sign in to your Axxess Control Panel to check available speed options.
⚠️ You cannot switch between Prepaid and Monthly services. You must cancel and sign up for a new service.
What if I don't buy a new prepaid voucher?
Your Fibre service will stop immediately after your voucher expires. There are no penalties or extra charges, and you can reactivate anytime by purchasing a new voucher.
⚠️ If your service remains inactive for 90 days, your account will be terminated, requiring a new order for reconnection.
What if my monthly payment fails?
If your payment fails, your service will be suspended for 9 days:
New customers: Suspension starts at midnight on your due date if both payment attempts fail
Existing customers: A second payment attempt is made the same day. If both fail, suspension begins.
⚠️ If no payment is received within 9 days, your service will be terminated, requiring a new order to reconnect. If paid, service is reinstated, but lost days during suspension are not refunded.
How do I change my Vuma Reach WiFi password?
- Sign in to your Axxess Control Panel
- Select your Vuma Reach service
- Click the UPDATE PASSWORD button
- Enter your new password & click SAVE
How do I cancel my monthly service?
You can cancel anytime via the Axxess Control Panel.
⚠️ No cancellation fees - you're not locked into a contract.
