Setting Up an Email using cPanel 

Log In to cPanel 

  • Access your cPanel login page. Use the following link as an example http://yourdomain.com:2083 or through your client control panel. 
  • Enter your username and password, then click "Log in." 

 

Navigate to the Email Accounts Section 

  • Once logged in, locate the "Email" section in the cPanel dashboard. 
  • Click on "Email Accounts."

Create a New Email Account 

  • In the "Email Accounts" page, click the "Create" button to add a new email account.

Fill in the Email Account Details 

  • Password: Enter a strong password for the email account. 
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm. 
  • Storage Space: Set a mailbox quota (limit on storage space) or leave it as unlimited. 

 

Create the Account 

  • After filling in all the required details, click the "Create" button at the bottom of the form. 
  • The new email account will be created and listed under the "Email Accounts" section.

Accessing the Email Account 

  • You can access the new email account via webmail. Typically, webmail access is available at http://yourdomain.com/webmail/ or through a mail client of your choice.
  • Use the full email address and the password you set to log in.

Additional Email Management Features 

Editing Mailboxes: You can edit existing email accounts by clicking the "Manage" button next to the account in the "Email Accounts" page. 

Deleting Mailboxes: To delete an email account, click the "Manage" button next to the account and then select "Delete Email Account." 

Autoresponders and Forwarders: 

  • Autoresponders: Go to the "Autoresponders" section under the "Email" category to set automatic responses for your email accounts. 
  • Forwarders: Navigate to the "Forwarders" section to forward emails from one address to another.
