Does unused data roll over at the end of the month?
Yes, data rolls over and is utilised in the following way:
Users will use their rollover data first and thereafter the renewal data. So if a user has a 10GB service and has rollover data from May 1GB, April 2GB and March 1GB, he will only start using his renewal data once his usage exceeds what was available as rollover which was 4GB.
Billing and renewal periods remain exactly the same, 1st to last day of each month, unused data will continue to rollover for 3 months.
IMPORTANT to note: the sequence of tanks is changing from most recent to oldest. Rollover data from the previous month is used first and then the month before that.
