What do I need to do to port my Telkom voice landline to my Axxess VoIP service?
You will need to supply us with a copy of your Telkom telephone bill (please note that your account needs to be settled, or Telkom will not release your number) and an authorisation letter which will be supplied to you. Please note: you cannot port a number with a DSL service on it if the DSL service is not provided by Telkom. DSL service provided by other ISP's need to be cancelled first.
