What happens if I move to a new house?
You can stay connected even when you move houses by following this easy, stress-free Moving House process.
- Choose an existing service you would like to move with from your Control Panel
- Click the Schedule Move button
- Select when you would like your selected service to end
- Type in your new address and select the service available in your new area
- You can then proceed to purchase your new service, complete your order and voila! Sit back & relax while we take care of the rest.
