Do I need a telephone line installed?

Yes, you do need an existing copper line installed to have Just DSL installed. Openserve will not do any new copper line installations. If you do not have pre-existing copper line infrastructure at your premises, Openserve will not complete the order and/or installation.

• Do note that because Just DSL is a separate service from regular ADSL, Openserve will need to connect the new Just DSL service at your premises
