How to upgrade and downgrade your hosting package
- To change your domain package size, you will need to be logged into your Client Control Panel
- Click on VIEW next to the domain you wish to change to go to the domain functions.
- Scroll down until you find the UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE button.
- On the popup screen, select the package size you want to downgrade or upgrade to. You will be shown the monthly renewal pricing for the package selected. Once you have selected the desired package size, click on change to complete the process.
